WHERE I'M HEADING


Nothing can be achieved unless I have some kind of goal in sight. 
I'm not putting a time line on this.
My reason is important.... I need to enjoy being more active. 
There are too many things I want to do.
I cannot allow myself to vegetate.

Weight - less than 85 kg
Daily Steps - 3000 plus
Daily Exercycle - 30 min.
